Marion-Florence, USD 408, is accepting applications for a vocal music instructor for grades 6-12.  Marion has an outstanding tradition of a quality music department and one of the finest music venues of any district. 

 

USD 408 remains committed to providing the resources and support to maintain this strong tradition of excellence in music education.  Marion has outstanding facilities and an extremely positive working environment. Marion High School was recognized as one of the top high schools in the nation by Newsweek in both 2014 and 2015.

 

The position also includes a supplemental contract for performances outside the school day. 

 

Additional supplemental contracts may also be available that provide opportunities for leadership and student interaction.

 

The successful applicant will be placed on the salary schedule at the highest step and column which their experience and credentials allow. 

 

The position also includes a single health insurance plan.
